Product features:

1）Two-stage silencer, made of die-cast aluminum, lightweight and can achieve wider frequency noise reductio

2）The silencer is installed by a 4-point connection fixed method

3）The silencer is integrated in the hydrogen fuel cell system, which can reduce the noise of the exhaust system

Product testing principles and functions:

1）The silencer is integrated into the vehicle and achieves a greater noise reduction

2）Meet the requirements of static strength and vibration fatigue strength

3）210kPa airtight, salt spray resistance, high and low temperature

Product size

The key size is shown in the figure below; OD=51mm, ID=48mm

Pressure loss and noise reduction performance:

1）TL（Transmission Loss）: TL>30dB@(500~10000Hz); The actual noise reduction depending on the vehicle loading;

2）PL（Pressure Loss）: The muffler inner duct configuration is straight, and the overall pressure loss of the muffler <3.8kPa;
