Product Description
Application scenario:
100~150kW hydrogen fuel cell system
Product features：
1）SUS 304, the resistance and reactive combined muffler fore broadband noise reduction
2）An independent water separator is needed for inlet, which can effectively separate the liquid water; BOACH's (#Novel-W.S-LX150) water separator products is available
Product testing principles and functions:
1）The muffler surface treatment can be customized to achieve long-term operation of different salt spray levels, taking into account the cost performance
2）Modular shell for production cost control
3）Meet the requirements of static strength and vibration fatigue strength
4）210kPa airtight, salt spray resistance, high and low temperature
Product size:
The key size is shown in the figure below; OD=51mm, ID=48mm
Pressure loss and noise reduction performance:
1）TL(transmission loss): TL >20dB@500~10000Hz; The actual noise reduction depending on the vehicle loading;
2）PL(pressure loss): The muffler inner duct configuration is straight, and the overall pressure loss of the muffler <3.5kPa
